Claim Your Spiritual Inheritance and Lead Humanity |

Until the last one hundred years this separation mentality was annoying and we killed a lot of people because of it, but the societal structure and the planet were able to keep pace with man's attempts at exploitation and murder. However, the last 100 years have produced changes in our societies and have taken a toll on the planet that forces us to re-examine how we live, and expect to continue to live, with the demands now being placed on us. The last hundred years have seen dramatic changes in world population growth, industry and technology, and an assault on the planets resources and viability to sustain life. These changes have seen us evolve from a mostly rural, agriculturally oriented world, with little industry and technology, to an urban and highly industrial and technical world. This surge in human growth and the demands of industry and technology has dramatically affected the earth's ability to sustain the onslaught. The challenges we face in the future are unlike any we have had to deal with in the last two thousand years. We have tried to deal with these changes using the same mentality that got us here and all we see is the same results, but on a much grander scale. Instead of nations going to battle to resolve their conflicts and killing each other with spears, arrows, and axes, we now have the ability to kill tens of thousands of people by using a single atomic bomb. Instead of minor pollutants entering our rivers, we dump all manner of carcinogens, toxic chemicals, and sewage into our waterways and kill off the rivers ability to maintain life. We have even polluted the oceans of the world in ways that threaten the oceans ability to sustain aquatic life. Our dependence on oil to fuel our industries and transportation has caused the very air we breath to be harmful to our health. The chemicals we release untreated into the atmosphere eat away at the protective ozone layer. The potential harm could be to warm our planet enough to melt the polar ice caps and flood low lying lands. This continued temperature rise could be destructive to the growth of plants and threaten our food supply. The unblocked rays of the sun are harmful to our skin and cause skin deadly cancers. The population of the world, if continued unchecked, threatens the planets ability to feed itself. Diseases have evolved that are resistant to all known cures, and research goes without funding because there is not enough return on the investment. Then of course, there is man's ability to destroy every living thing on the planet with the development of weapons of mass destruction that, when unleashed, are carried by the winds to all corners of the earth and infect anybody and anything that happens to breath its contaminated poison. You have heard all this before. You have read it in your newspapers and seen it on your nightly news broadcast. It is not new news, but it is important news. If you are a sleepwalker you shrug it off and pour yourself another beer. It is when you wake up and become aware that you see we cannot continue down this path of apathy, ignorance, and folly with the human life form in the balance. As long as we think the same way, and believe ourselves to be separate, we will continue doing the same things that got us here. Being separate is what got us here and being one is what is going to save us from our separate selves. This will not happen without you. The choices you make today will affect the ability to live on this planet tomorrow. It is your choice. It is always your choice. If you choose to join the spiritual revolution you have made a choice to wake up and be aware. If you wake up and be aware you will choose to be one with all. If you are being in oneness with your source and one with all, you will do the things necessary to save this planet and us. If you choose to wake up and be aware you will understand that what you do for yourself, you do for another, and what you do for another, you do for yourself. You can't wait for our so-called leaders to tell you what the right thing to do is. You have to be the leader. By your lead they will follow. This is how it has been in every revolution of mankind. The revolution comes from within. Common people step forward to proclaim what is right and then the leaders follow. This revolution is no different. It all starts with you. You don't have to get all religious or anything. You merely need to go within yourself for the answers and then start to be one with the all. Be one with all of nature. Be one with the planet. Be one with the universe. In your beingness you will create your doingness. And in your doingness you effect a change in the world as you view it. You will be aware that everything you see in your world is the direct outcome of what your idea is about it. Make your idea about it an idea that you and another are one. As Einstein said, “You can't get any revolutionary ideas from thinking in the same way that you have before. You have to change your way of thinking and think different thoughts.” |
